- Added checkpoint system: When you reach phase 3 and select "Restart from checkpoint", the game will restart from phase 3.

(If you fail the mission at phase 1 and 2 and select "Restart from checkpoint", the game will restart from phase 1.)

- Music changes when restarting from checkpoint after phase 3.

- Changed elapsed time calculation and notation of result screen.

- Fixed ending cutscene animation: Overlapping Cipher and Pixy's airplane wings
